Manchester’s ChinaTown is the second largest outside of China. Every February It plays host to the annual Chinese New Year festival, which is a highlight in the Manchester events calendar. Phil Shelly is our resident photographer and also an illustrator working in the heart of Manchester as Phil Shelly Creative. After studying Illustration at Plymouth University, Phil packed up and headed up north to Manchester to create a variety of pop culture art and landscape based art.
